PSD spray dryer is an experimental spray dryer developed by Zhiheng Dry for small and medium-sized experiments. It can meet the customers' requirements for safe, hygienic, flexible, advanced and easy operation of the experimental spray dryer. The atomization method can be arbitrarily changed according to customer requirements.

A small amount of solution, suspension and emulsion can be dried into the most representative powder sample using the PSD spray dryer. The test results obtained from the test can provide important information for determining the process data.

2 Cocurrent two-fluid nozzle: placed in the center of the top of the drying tower, using compressed air to complete

3 Fountain type two-fluid nozzle: placed in the cone of the drying tower, sprayed upwards, with compressed air

Gas to complete the atomization;

5) Special design is required for the operation of materials with flammable solvents and explosive powders.
